Cotswold Kombucha specializes in making premium kombucha the traditional way. Not too different to how it was when it was first discovered around 220 B.C. in China. We ferment our kombucha in 8 litre glass carboys… A lot of them. For us, quality is everything and in order to maintain our high standards of premium kombucha, there is in substitute for glass brewed kombucha. All of our kombucha is made with 100% organic tea. Our fruits and roots are organic and sourced locally whenever possible.Our beverages are not from concentrate, not frozen, and we never pasteurize. This means that we cold press all our flavored varieties the same day as the second fermentation to ensure maximum freshness.
